Terms of service.
We rate brokers so you can decide. We’re a review platform, not a financial advisor. Scores are opinions built from data, and your trades are your own. Be honest in reviews, don’t game the scores, and we’ll get along fine.
1. What TrueBroker is
TrueBroker (truebroker.net) is a review and information platform for CFD, crypto and prop-trading brokers. Trust Scores, verdicts and red notices are editorial opinions derived from public records, community reports and our own verification work. They are not financial advice, and never a guarantee of any broker’s future conduct.
2. Your account
One account per human. You’re responsible for what’s posted from it. Verified-trader badges are granted by hand after review and can be revoked if the claim behind one turns out to be false.
3. Reviews and reports
Write what happened, with receipts where you have them. Fake reviews, paid reviews, brigading and broker-employee astroturfing get removed and banned. Scam reports are investigated before publication. Filing a knowingly false report is grounds for permanent removal.
4. Brokers and partners
Brokers may purchase clearly-labeled placement slots. Placement never affects a Trust Score, a verdict or a red notice. Brokers can dispute factual errors via support; disputes are reviewed by humans, not wallets.
5. Liability
Trading is risky and brokers can fail in ways nobody predicted. TrueBroker is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made using the platform. Check the score, then do your own homework too.
