Overview

TrueBroker is a free broker safety checker, and this page is our review of Vittaverse, scored 5.9 out of 10 across regulation, fees, platform, support and reviews.

Our previous review of this broker scored it 4.1/10. This review scores it 5.9/10. That is a move in our own assessment, not a claim that the firm has changed: the fee category now sits at 9/10 on the strength of the broker’s own fee page, which lists zero processing fees on crypto, local payment and card deposits and withdrawals, and account pages that show entry points from $1 to $12,000 depending on tier. Regulation still scores low, at 3.5/10, because only one of the three regulators the firm associates itself with actually confirms a licence when we search the register directly. Platform scores 6.3/10 on two named trading platforms, support 7.5/10 on multi-channel 24/7 coverage, and reviews 5/10.

Facts List

  • Vittaverse Ltd is incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under registration number 26879, a BC-Business Company, status Active, incorporated 2022-10-21, per the SVG FSA entity name search. The SVG FSA registers companies and does not license forex or CFD brokers, so this confirms the corporate entity, not a trading licence.
  • The Mwali International Services Authority (Comoros) register lists Vittaverse Ltd as an authorised brokerage company under licence BFX2024072, issued 05/04/2024, status Active.
  • The Seychelles FSA register, which we searched across 648 entries covering capital markets, collective investment schemes, fiduciary services, the regulatory sandbox, the international trade zone and insurance, shows no entity or trade name matching Vittaverse; the SD200 licence number the firm cites is not confirmed on that register.
  • The FSC Mauritius Online Public Register has no licensee named Vittaverse. It lists legal names, so a search by trading name can miss a company registered under another name.
  • We searched 1441 warning-list entries mirrored from CYSEC, the FCA and FSC Mauritius, and Vittaverse appears on none of them. This covers only the lists we mirror, not every regulator worldwide.
  • Before treating any register result as an absence, we ran a positive-control search on all four registers using a firm known to be listed, so an empty result reflects an actual absence rather than a broken search.
  • The firm’s own account page states that bonuses “apply exclusively to Standard accounts,” so ECN Pro and VIP holders are not eligible for the advertised bonus offers.
  • The swap-free option on Vittaverse accounts is not enabled automatically; a client must activate it after opening the account or will be charged swaps by default.
  • The firm’s Legal Documents page lists eleven policy documents, including the Client Services Agreement and Risk Disclosure Statement, but repeated attempts to fetch the actual text at several URLs returned near-empty pages (0-160 bytes), so the substantive contract terms could not be read from the firm’s own site.
  • The account page states Vittaverse does not provide service to residents of the United States or North Korea.

What Vittaverse Is Actually Regulated By

The firm’s own marketing describes itself as “Trusted & Regulated” and names Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and FSC Mauritius as the entities it operates under, alongside a homepage claim of being “Multi Licensed.” Checking each register directly narrows that considerably. The Comoros licence, BFX2024072 with MISA, is the one confirmed entry: the register’s own licence number matches what the firm cites, and the listed status is Active. The Seychelles FSA licence number the firm cites, SD200, does not appear when searching the Seychelles register directly. FSC Mauritius, named on the firm’s markets page, returns no matching licensee on that register’s public search. The SVG registration confirms the company exists as a legal entity in St Vincent and the Grenadines, and that jurisdiction’s FSA registers companies rather than licensing forex or CFD brokers.

What Vittaverse Charges and Where the Numbers Disagree

The firm’s fee page lists zero fees on deposits and withdrawals across Tether, Bitcoin, Ethereum, local payment methods and card payments, with instant processing and minimums as low as $1 for crypto. Account-level costs vary by tier: the Standard account carries spreads from 0.5 pips and no commission, ECN Pro carries raw spreads from 0.1 pips with commission from $4 per lot, and VIP carries spreads from 0 pips with no stated stop-out floor. The Standard account page is internally inconsistent on the minimum deposit needed to open it, showing $1 in the account overview table and $15 in the page’s own hero copy. Promotional terms carried over from the review describe a 40% welcome bonus credit, capped at $2,000, as non-withdrawable with 30-day validity, and a 50% recovery bonus with its own drawdown conditions and the same 30-day window.

Platforms and Support

Vittaverse offers MetaTrader 5 and cTrader, both described on the firm’s platforms page with mobile and web access, automation tools (MQL5 Expert Advisors on MT5, cBots and C# via cTrader Automate), and market depth features. Support runs through 24/7 live chat, email at support@vittaverse.com, a listed phone number, and a call-back scheduling option, per the firm’s contact page. Complaint handling under the Client Services Agreement, per the review, acknowledges complaints within 7 business days with resolution targets set at 30 to 60 days.

Key Takeaways

The regulatory picture behind Vittaverse’s “Multi Licensed” claim

We searched four public registers directly, running a positive control on each first so an empty result means absence rather than a broken search. Only one produced a match: the Mwali International Services Authority register (Comoros) lists Vittaverse Ltd as an authorised brokerage company under licence BFX2024072, issued 05/04/2024, status “Active”, and the number quoted matches the register’s own entry. That is the one licence in this file we can independently stand behind, and MISA is a small offshore regulator, not a tier-1 one.

Everything else the firm claims, beyond that one Comoros licence, does not hold up against the same registers. The Seychelles FSA register, which we searched across all 648 entries covering capital markets, collective investment schemes, fiduciary, sandbox, trade-zone and insurance categories, has no entity or trade name matching Vittaverse, so licence SD200 is not on that register. The FSC Mauritius Online Public Register returned no licensee named Vittaverse either, against a site badge that names “FSC Mauritius” as one of the entities the firm operates under. The St Vincent and the Grenadines FSA entity search does confirm VITTAVERSE LTD, registration number 26879, a BC Business Company incorporated 2022-10-21, status Active, with EURO-CARIBBEAN TRUSTEES LTD as registered agent, but the SVG FSA registers companies and does not license forex or CFD brokers, so this confirms the corporate shell, not a trading licence. Set against the site’s own “Trusted & Regulated” and “Multi Licensed” language, the verifiable regulatory coverage is one Comoros licence and a Caribbean company registration.

We also searched 1,441 warning-list entries mirrored from CySEC, the FCA and FSC Mauritius, and Vittaverse appears on none of them. That is a clean result worth stating plainly, though it only covers the three lists we mirror, not every regulator worldwide.

Fees and account terms

The firm’s own fee page lists a zero-commission funding arrangement, with deposit and withdrawal fees given as “0” across Tether, Bitcoin, Ethereum, local payment and card methods, and minimums as low as $1 on crypto rails. The account overview table on the same page gives the Standard account’s initial deposit as $1, spreads from 0.5 pips and leverage up to 1:2000, while ECN Pro asks $100 for spreads from 0.1 pips and commission from $4 per lot, and VIP asks $12,000 for spreads from 0 pips. Set against that, the marketing hero on the Standard account funnel separately reads “Start for only $15” on the same page that states a $1 minimum in its own table, so the broker’s own site does not agree with itself on what the real minimum deposit is.

Swap-free trading is described as available but not automatic. It has to be activated after the account is opened, so a client who wants an Islamic account and does not request it will be charged swaps by default. Bonuses are Standard-account only, per the account notes, and the earlier review we drew on for this figure describes a 40% Welcome Bonus (capped at $2,000) as non-withdrawable with 30-day validity, and a 50% Recovery Bonus carrying drawdown conditions not detailed on the pages we fetched.

What the paperwork doesn’t show

The firm’s Legal Documents page lists eleven policies, including the Client Services Agreement, Risk Disclosure Statement and AML/CTF Policy, but repeated attempts to fetch the actual documents at multiple URLs returned bodies of 0 to 160 bytes on every try. That means the substantive contract terms and risk disclosures that would actually govern an account could not be read from the broker’s own site, and nothing in this review is sourced to their text. Our earlier review reported complaint-handling terms from that same Client Services Agreement, acknowledgment within 7 business days and resolution targets of 30 to 60 days, which we are restating as reported rather than as something we confirmed ourselves.

The site’s own pages disagree on when the company was founded: the About page’s own copy opens with “In 2018, Vittaverse founder set out to solve a personal problem,” while the earlier review states the broker was established in 2022, closer to the SVG incorporation date of 2022-10-21 that the register itself confirms. Separately, the site’s asset-class marketing lists ETFs among its instruments, but ETFs do not appear in the broker’s own Trading Instruments navigation menu on any of the pages fetched for this review.

Platforms and support

Trading runs on MetaTrader 5 (21 timeframes, Expert Advisor support via MQL5, a multi-threaded Strategy Tester, market depth, and web/mobile access) and cTrader (cBot automation, over 70 indicators, cTrader Copy, and its own WebTrader). Instrument coverage across the site’s navigation spans forex, metals, indices, stocks, energies and cryptocurrencies. Contact channels listed on the firm’s own contact page include 24/7 live chat, email support, a phone line with a callback option, and two separate addresses: a support office in Mahe, Seychelles, and the registered office in Kingstown, St Vincent and the Grenadines. Service is stated as not provided to residents of the United States or North Korea. Leverage up to 1:2000, as reported in the earlier review, sits well above the caps enforced under FCA, ASIC or ESMA-style regulation, which widens how fast losses can outrun deposited capital on an account offering it.

Why the score moved from 4.1 to 5.9

This review scores the firm 5.9 out of 10, up from our previous 4.1. That change reflects a rescoring against current evidence rather than any change at the firm, and the criteria weights differ from the earlier pass: fees score highest at 9, driven by the zero-fee funding table and low crypto minimums this review actually read; support scores 7.5 on the strength of documented 24/7 live chat, email and phone channels; platform scores 6.3 on the MT5/cTrader feature set. Regulation is the weak point at 3.5, pulled down by the FSA and FSC Mauritius non-matches against a firm that markets itself as multi-licensed on the strength of one Comoros authorisation. Reviews sit at 5. The move is ours, not a verdict on whether Vittaverse has gotten better or worse.

Licenses & Regulation

We scored Vittaverse 5.9 out of 10 overall in this review, up from 4.1 in our previous write-up, but regulation is the criterion holding the score down: it comes in at 3.5, the weakest of the five we score. The gap is explained by what the registers actually show once checked directly, rather than by anything the firm has done differently.

Who Vittaverse Ltd is

The operating company is Vittaverse Ltd, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The SVG FSA’s entity name search returns VITTAVERSE LTD under registration number 26879, a BC Business Company, status Active, incorporated 2022-10-21, with registered agent EURO-CARIBBEAN TRUSTEES LTD. That register confirms the company exists and is in good standing, but the SVG FSA registers companies rather than licensing forex or CFD brokers, so this is a corporate registration, not a financial licence. The firm’s own About page states that “In 2018, Vittaverse founder set out to solve a personal problem”, which does not sit easily next to the 2022 incorporation date the same register shows.

What Vittaverse claims to hold

The firm’s site carries a “Trusted & Regulated” badge naming SVG and “FSC Mauritius” as the entities it operates under, plus a separate “Multi Licensed” claim on the homepage. Elsewhere the site names a Seychelles FSA number, SD200. We checked each of these against the register that would confirm it.

What the registers actually show

We searched four public registers directly for this review: the Seychelles FSA, the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) in Comoros, the FSC Mauritius Online Public Register, and the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines FSA. Before treating any of these as an absence we ran a positive control on all four, searching for a firm we already know is listed, so an empty result reads as an actual absence rather than a search that simply failed to work.

The Seychelles FSA register, 648 entries across its capital-markets, collective-investment-scheme, fiduciary, regulatory-sandbox, international-trade-zone and insurance categories, contains no entity or trade name matching Vittaverse. SD200 does not correspond to anything on that register as we searched it.

The FSC Mauritius Online Public Register returned zero rows for “Vittaverse”. The register answered and was searched by name, but it stores legal names, so a firm trading under a different registered name could hold a licence we did not match. That caveat matters here because the site’s own regulatory claim names “FSC Mauritius” without publishing a licence number on the pages we fetched, so there is nothing more specific to search by.

The one licence that does check out is MISA (Comoros). Vittaverse Ltd appears on the Mwali International Services Authority’s list of authorised brokerage companies under licence BFX2024072, issued 05/04/2024, status Active, and the number quoted matches the register’s own record for this entity.

What that leaves Vittaverse regulated by

Set against the “Multi Licensed” and “Trusted & Regulated” language on the site, the confirmed regulatory position is one offshore Comoros brokerage licence. The Seychelles FSA number the firm names does not match anything on that regulator’s own register as we searched it. The FSC Mauritius claim has no licence number published on the pages we fetched and no matching row on that register. The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines entry is a company registration, and that register does not license forex or CFD business at all. We also searched 1,441 warning-list entries mirrored from CYSEC, the FCA and FSC Mauritius, and Vittaverse appears on none of them, a clean result, though it only covers the three regulators we mirror rather than every warning list that exists.

What we could and could not read

Vittaverse’s Legal Documents page lists eleven policies, including the Client Services Agreement, Complaints Handling Policy and Risk Disclosure Statement. Repeated attempts to fetch the actual documents at their listed URLs returned near-empty bodies, 0 to 160 bytes, on every try, so the substantive terms and risk disclosure that would govern a client’s account could not be read or verified from the firm’s own site during this review. The one procedural detail available comes from our earlier review: it reports that under the Client Services Agreement, complaints are acknowledged within 7 business days with resolution targets of 30 to 60 days, which we restate here as reported rather than as something we read ourselves.

How to Trade

Vittaverse’s own site groups what it offers into six categories in its trading-instruments navigation: Forex, Metals, Indices, Stocks, Energies and Cryptocurrencies. Our earlier review separately described counts for each of these (50+ forex pairs across majors, minors and exotics traded 24/5; metals such as XAU/USD and XAG/USD; 15+ indices including the DAX, SPX and NDX; CFDs on selected major US and EU stocks; energies including Crude Oil and Natural Gas; and 10+ crypto pairs including BTC and ETH traded 24/7), and that description also listed ETFs as a seventh asset class. We could not confirm ETFs from the firm’s own pages: the Trading Instruments navigation on the pages we fetched runs to six categories and does not include an ETF entry, so that claim rests on the earlier review rather than on anything we read ourselves.

Platforms Vittaverse runs trading on

The firm offers two platforms, both described on its own platforms page. MetaTrader 5 comes with 21 timeframes, 38+ indicators, Expert Advisor support through MQL5, a multi-threaded Strategy Tester and market depth, plus iOS, Android and MT5 WebTrader access. cTrader is offered alongside it, with cBot and C# automation through cTrader Automate, over 70 indicators, integrated copy trading through cTrader Copy, an order book and depth-of-market view, and its own iOS, Android and WebTrader access. Running both gives a client the choice between MetaTrader’s Expert Advisor ecosystem and cTrader’s order-book style execution, rather than locking them into one.

Leverage, margin calls and stop-outs across Vittaverse’s account tiers

The account types page sets out three tiers, and the execution terms differ between them in ways that matter more than the marketing labels. Standard and ECN Pro both list leverage up to 1:2000, while VIP is capped lower, at up to 1:500. All three list a minimum order volume from 0.01 lots and a margin call level of 100%. Where they diverge is stop-out: Standard and ECN Pro both list a 30% stop-out level, meaning a position starts being force-closed once account equity falls to 30% of the required margin, while VIP lists a 0% stop-out, giving a VIP account more room before the platform intervenes. Negative balance protection is listed as available on all three tiers. Spreads and commission also move with the tier: Standard is spread-from-0.5-pips with 0 commission, ECN Pro is raw-spread-from-0.1-pips with commission from $4 per lot, and VIP is spread-from-0-pips with 0 commission. Our earlier review noted that leverage in this range sits far above the 30:1 ceiling that ESMA, FCA or ASIC-regulated brokers are held to, which is a second-hand comparison we have not independently checked but pass on because it bears on how quickly a leveraged position here can move against a deposit.

Swap-free accounts are not switched on by default

The account types page lists an Islamic account as available on Standard, ECN Pro and VIP alike, but the same page notes that the swap-free option is not enabled automatically and has to be activated after the account is opened. A client who wants to avoid overnight swap charges and does not go back to request that activation will be charged swaps by default in the meantime.

Who Vittaverse will not open an account for

The account types page states plainly that the firm does not provide service to residents of the United States or North Korea. Beyond that restriction, the same page does not set out other jurisdictional limits on the fetched material.

Account Types

Vittaverse sells three account tiers on the accounts page reached from its markets funnel, and the differences between them are mostly about spread, commission and how much capital a trader is expected to put up front.

The three tiers Vittaverse lists

The Standard account is described with a minimum deposit of $1 in the account overview table, spreads from 0.5 pips, leverage up to 1:2000, order volume from 0.01 lots, zero commission, a stop-out level of 30% and a margin call at 100%. It carries negative balance protection and is the only tier eligible for bonuses. ECN Pro raises the minimum deposit to $100 and drops spreads to “from 0.1 pips”, trading on commission instead, quoted at $4 per lot, with the same 1:2000 leverage ceiling, 0.01 minimum volume, 30% stop-out and 100% margin call. VIP sits well above both: a $12,000 minimum deposit buys spreads “from 0 pips”, zero commission, a lower leverage cap of 1:500, and a stop-out level of 0% rather than 30%. All three list an Islamic (swap-free) option and negative balance protection, and all three figures come from the same account overview table on Vittaverse’s own accounts page.

Two different minimum deposits on the same Vittaverse page

The Standard account’s own page is not internally consistent about what it costs to open one. The account overview table gives an initial deposit of $1, but the marketing hero on the same page reads “Start for only $15.” Vittaverse’s page does not say which figure governs, so a prospective client reading the account funnel cannot tell from the firm’s own copy whether the real floor is $1 or $15.

What the bonus terms take away

The account page states plainly that “all bonuses apply exclusively to Standard accounts,” which means anyone funding ECN Pro or VIP is not eligible for the welcome or recovery promotions regardless of deposit size. The earlier review of Vittaverse reported the welcome bonus at 40% of deposit up to $2,000, non-withdrawable and valid for 30 days, with a separate 50% recovery bonus tied to drawdown conditions that review did not detail. We have not read the Bonus & Promotions Policy ourselves to confirm those figures.

Separately, Vittaverse’s accounts page notes that the swap-free option is not turned on automatically when an account is opened; a client who wants it has to request activation afterward. Anyone who skips that step trades on the standard swap terms by default, on any of the three tiers.

Who Vittaverse won’t open an account for

The same accounts page states that the service is not provided to residents of the United States or North Korea.

Negative Balance Protection

Vittaverse lists “negative balance protection available” as a stated feature on all three of its account tiers, Standard, ECN Pro and VIP, according to the account overview table on its own accounts page. That table is also where the firm sets out the mechanics that determine when a loss-making position gets closed out before a client’s balance can go negative: a margin call level and a stop-out level.

Stop-out and margin call levels by account

The account overview table gives a margin call trigger of 100% and a stop-out level of 30% for both the Standard and the ECN Pro accounts. The VIP account, which requires a $12,000 minimum deposit, carries the same 100% margin call but a stop-out level of 0%, according to the same table. A 0% stop-out means the account is not automatically flattened until equity is exhausted, which puts more weight on negative balance protection actually functioning as advertised, since there is less automatic cushion between margin call and zero equity than on the Standard or ECN Pro tiers.

Leverage up to 1:2000

The same account overview table gives leverage of up to 1:2000 on the Standard and ECN Pro accounts, and up to 1:500 on the VIP account. An earlier review of this broker noted that this level of leverage is well above the 30:1 cap enforced by regulators such as ESMA, the FCA and ASIC; we did not verify that comparison ourselves and pass it on as the earlier review’s characterisation rather than something we confirmed against a rulebook. What the leverage figure means for a negative-balance scenario is straightforward regardless of the comparison: at high leverage a given percentage move in an instrument’s price produces a proportionally larger swing in account equity, which is exactly the condition under which stop-out and negative balance protection are meant to do their job.

What Vittaverse’s own risk terms actually say, and what we could not read

The account pages state that protection is “available,” but they do not set out the contractual terms governing it, how it interacts with the 0% VIP stop-out, or what happens in a fast-moving market where a position gaps through the stop-out level before it can be closed. Those terms would normally sit in the firm’s Risk Disclosure Statement, one of eleven legal documents listed on Vittaverse’s Legal Documents page alongside its Client Services Agreement, AML/CTF Policy, Bonus & Promotions Policy and others. We tried repeatedly to fetch the actual text of the Terms and the Risk Disclosure Statement at the URLs listed there, and each attempt returned a near-empty page, 0 to 160 bytes, with no readable content. That means the substantive contract language that would define how negative balance protection is applied, and under what circumstances it can be limited or withdrawn, could not be read or verified from the broker’s own site. The pages we could fetch describe the feature only in the one-line form used on the account comparison table.

The regulatory backing behind the promise

Negative balance protection is a contractual promise, and its value depends partly on who stands behind it. Of the licences associated with Vittaverse, the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) register in Comoros is the one we confirmed directly: it lists Vittaverse Ltd under licence BFX2024072, issued 05/04/2024, status “Active”. We did not find an entity or trade name matching “Vittaverse” on the Seychelles FSA register when we searched it directly, and the same was true of the FSC Mauritius Online Public Register, which the firm’s own “Trusted & Regulated” badge names as one of its regulatory entities. The St Vincent and the Grenadines FSA register does show VITTAVERSE LTD, registration number 26879, status Active, but that register records company incorporation and does not license forex or CFD brokers. So the negative balance protection and stop-out terms sit under a company that we can confirm holds one offshore brokerage licence, from MISA in Comoros, while the other regulatory names the firm associates itself with either did not turn up a match on the relevant public register or, in SVG’s case, do not cover financial licensing at all.

Trading Instruments

Vittaverse’s own site groups its offering into six asset classes across its trading-instruments navigation: Forex, Metals, Indices, Stocks, Energies and Cryptocurrencies. That menu, which we fetched directly, names the categories but does not itself list individual symbols, contract sizes or trading hours, so what follows on specific counts comes largely from our earlier review rather than from a page we read ourselves.

Forex, metals, indices and the rest

The earlier review put the forex book at “50+ pairs” across majors, minors and exotics, tradable 24/5, and gave metals as “4-6 instruments” with XAU/USD and XAG/USD as examples. It listed indices at “15+”, naming DAX, SPX and NDX as examples, energies at “3-5 instruments” with crude oil and natural gas as examples, and cryptocurrencies at “10+ pairs” including BTC and ETH, tradable 24/7. For stocks, it described CFDs on “selected major US/EU” names. None of these counts appear on the navigation page we fetched ourselves, which names the six categories without listing what sits inside them, so we’re restating the earlier review’s figures rather than confirming them first-hand.

Where Vittaverse’s own asset list doesn’t match itself

The earlier review’s asset-class table also included ETFs, describing “selected funds” as a “limited selection.” ETFs do not appear as a category in the broker’s own Trading Instruments navigation menu on any of the country versions of the site we fetched. That’s a gap between what one version of the asset list claims and what the site’s current navigation shows, not proof that Vittaverse never offers fund CFDs anywhere on the site; we simply didn’t find a page fetching would confirm it on.

What the account tiers change about position size

Vittaverse’s own account-types page sets order volume at “from 0.01” lots across all three tiers, Standard, ECN Pro and VIP, so the entry size for a trade does not depend on which account a client opens. Leverage does: the same page lists leverage “up to 1:2000” for Standard and ECN Pro, dropping to “up to 1:500” for the VIP tier. A trader using the full 1:2000 setting is opening positions roughly four times larger, relative to margin posted, than one confined to the VIP cap, and both figures sit well above the 1:30 ceiling that FCA- or ASIC-regulated brokers apply to retail forex clients, though nothing in the evidence establishes that any tier-1 leverage cap applies to Vittaverse itself.

Trading Vittaverse’s instruments: MetaTrader 5 and cTrader

The instruments sit on two platforms, according to the platforms page we fetched. MetaTrader 5 is offered with 21 timeframes, more than 38 indicators, Expert Advisor support through MQL5, a multi-threaded Strategy Tester, market depth, iOS and Android apps and an MT5 WebTrader browser version. cTrader is offered alongside it, with cBot and C# automation through cTrader Automate, more than 70 indicators, integrated copy trading through cTrader Copy, an order book and depth-of-market view, iOS and Android apps and a cTrader WebTrader browser version. The page does not say whether every one of the six asset classes is tradable on both platforms or whether some instruments, cryptocurrencies in particular, are confined to one.

Islamic accounts and the assets they cover

All three account tiers, per the account-types page, list an Islamic account as available. The same page notes that the swap-free option is not enabled automatically and has to be activated after the account is opened, meaning a client trading swap-sensitive instruments overnight, forex and metals held past the daily rollover being the obvious case, will be charged swaps by default until they request the change.

Vittaverse does not run a proprietary trading terminal. The firm’s own platforms page lists two third-party options, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader, and hands the actual charting and order-execution tools over to those two providers rather than building its own.

MetaTrader 5 on Vittaverse

The platforms page describes the MetaTrader 5 build as carrying 21 timeframes and 38+ built-in indicators, support for Expert Advisors written in MQL5, a multi-threaded Strategy Tester for running those EAs against historical data, and a market depth window. Access extends to iOS and Android apps and to an MT5 WebTrader browser version, so a client is not required to install the desktop terminal to place trades.

cTrader on Vittaverse

The same page lists cTrader as the second option, built around cBots and C# automation through cTrader Automate, more than 70 indicators, an integrated cTrader Copy module for copy trading, and what the page calls an advanced order book and depth-of-market view. Like MT5, it ships as iOS and Android apps and as a cTrader WebTrader browser version.

Between the two, cTrader is the platform aimed at algorithmic and copy-trading users (C# bots, built-in copy trading), while MT5 is pitched on its indicator count and Strategy Tester.

Instruments run through those platforms

The trading-instruments navigation on the firm’s site groups its markets into six categories: Forex, Metals, Indices, Stocks, Energies and Cryptocurrencies. An earlier review of the firm also listed exchange-traded funds as an asset class, describing a “limited selection” of “selected funds,” but that category does not appear anywhere in the broker’s own Trading Instruments navigation on the pages fetched for this review. Where the firm’s own menu and an outside summary disagree on what is actually tradable, the menu is the more reliable of the two, so ETF access should be confirmed directly with the firm rather than assumed from that older description.

Account tier and platform access

The account-types page ties platform access to pricing tier rather than gating any charting feature behind a paid plan: the Standard account (minimum deposit $1 on the account overview table), ECN Pro ($100 minimum) and VIP ($12,000 minimum) all carry the same order-volume floor of 0.01 lots and the same negative balance protection and Islamic-account availability. The listed difference across tiers is pricing and stop-out mechanics rather than which platform or tools a client can reach, based on that same accounts page.

Special Offers

Vittaverse’s own fee page lists a zero-commission funding promotion: deposit fee and withdrawal fee are both shown as “0” across crypto, local payment and card methods, described as an ongoing campaign covering processing fees rather than a one-off signup offer.

The Welcome and Recovery bonuses

Beyond that funding promotion, our earlier review reported a 40% Welcome Bonus credit, capped at $2,000, that is non-withdrawable and carries 30-day validity, alongside a 50% Recovery Bonus with its own drawdown terms and the same 30-day validity window. We have not read the Bonus and Promotions Policy document itself, so the mechanics behind that drawdown condition are not something we can spell out here.

Vittaverse’s own Account Types page narrows who can actually use either bonus: “All bonuses apply exclusively to Standard accounts,” which means ECN Pro and VIP holders are not eligible for the Welcome or Recovery credit at all. Since the Standard account is also the entry tier, listed on the same page with an Initial Deposit of $1, the bonus program lines up with the account most new clients are likely to open first.

What the site does not let us check

Vittaverse’s Legal Documents page lists eleven policies, including a dedicated Bonus & Promotions Policy and a Cashback Terms document, but repeated attempts to fetch those documents returned near-empty bodies, 0 to 160 bytes, on every try. That means the clause-level conditions on wagering, expiry handling, or what happens to bonus funds on withdrawal sit in a document we could not actually read, so we can report only what the account pages and the earlier review state, not the policy’s own wording.

The Standard account page also shows two different minimum deposit figures side by side: the hero copy reads “Start for only $15,” while the Account Overview table on the same page gives the initial deposit as $1. Since bonus eligibility runs through the Standard account, a prospective client comparing the promotional entry point against the account’s own numbers is working from a page that does not agree with itself.

Score note

Our previous review scored Vittaverse 4.1 out of 10; this review scores it 5.9 out of 10. The fees criterion now sits at 9, and the evidence supports that: no deposit or withdrawal fee across crypto, local payment or card methods, and a funding promotion that covers processing costs on top. Regulation remains weak at 3.5, consistent with a confirmed licence only from MISA (Comoros) under BFX2024072, an unverified Seychelles FSA claim, and an SVG registration that the register itself does not treat as forex or CFD oversight. The overall score reflects our current assessment against this evidence, not any change in what the firm itself is doing.

Opening an Account

Vittaverse’s account-types page sets out three tiers a prospective client chooses between at signup: Standard, ECN Pro and VIP. The account overview table on that page gives a minimum deposit of $1 for Standard, $100 for ECN Pro and $12,000 for VIP, with leverage up to 1:2000 on Standard and ECN Pro and up to 1:500 on VIP. The same page states commission of $0 on Standard and VIP against “from $4/Lot” on ECN Pro, and lists negative balance protection as available on all three.

The two numbers Vittaverse gives for the same deposit

The Standard account page does not agree with itself on what opening one actually costs. Its account overview table gives the initial deposit as $1, while the marketing hero copy on the same page tells a visitor to “Start for only $15.” Nothing on the fetched page reconciles the two figures, so a client working from Vittaverse’s own account page cannot tell in advance which number will hold at the deposit screen.

Funding the account

The fee page lists five funding methods, all shown with a $0 fee and processed “instant upon approval”: Tether (TRC20/ERC20/BEP20) and Bitcoin and Ethereum each from a $1 minimum, local payment methods from $15, and Visa/Mastercard from $100. The same fee page describes an ongoing zero-commission funding promotion covering processing fees on both deposits and withdrawals across these methods. None of the fetched pages describe an identity-verification step, so we cannot say what documents Vittaverse asks a new client to upload before a deposit clears.

Who Vittaverse will not open an account for

The account-types page states that the service is not provided to residents of the United States or North Korea. It does not set out any other nationality or residency restriction on the pages we fetched.

Islamic accounts and bonus eligibility, both opt-in

The account-types notes state that an Islamic, swap-free account is available on all three tiers but is not enabled automatically: a client who wants one has to request activation after the account is already open, and until then the account is charged swaps in the ordinary way. The same notes state plainly that “all bonuses apply exclusively to Standard accounts,” so a client who opens ECN Pro or VIP for its tighter spreads or lower commission gives up eligibility for the welcome and recovery bonuses advertised elsewhere on the site.

The paperwork Vittaverse lists but we could not read

Vittaverse’s Legal Documents page lists eleven policies that would ordinarily govern how an account is opened and run, including a Client Services Agreement, an AML/CTF Policy, a Risk Disclosure Statement and a Bonus & Promotions Policy. Repeated attempts to fetch the actual text of these documents at their listed URLs returned near-empty bodies of 0 to 160 bytes each time. That means the substantive terms a client would be agreeing to on signup, including whatever identity-verification and account-approval conditions sit inside the Client Services Agreement, could not be read or checked from Vittaverse’s own site.

Where the account is booked

The account-types page gives Vittaverse’s registered address as Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, matching the SVG FSA’s own entity search, which lists Vittaverse Ltd under registration number 26879, a BC Business Company incorporated 2022-10-21 with registered agent Euro-Caribbean Trustees Ltd, status Active. The SVG FSA registers companies and does not license forex or CFD brokers, so this record confirms the corporate entity taking the deposit, not a financial licence to hold client funds. The contact page gives a separate operational address for support, at IMAD Complex, 1st floor, Unit 212, Ile Du Port, Mahe, Seychelles.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The fee page we fetched lists an ongoing zero-commission funding campaign: deposit fee and withdrawal fee are both shown as “0” across crypto, local payment and card methods. Five funding rails carry that same “Fee 0” line: Tether (TRC20/ERC20/BEP20), Bitcoin and Ethereum each show a $1 minimum with no stated maximum and processing described as instant upon approval; Local Payment shows a $15 minimum, also instant upon approval and unlimited maximum; Visa/MasterCard in USD shows a $100 minimum, also instant upon approval and unlimited maximum. None of those five listings carries a withdrawal processing time distinct from the deposit side on the page we read, and none states a per-transaction cap beyond “unlimited.”

What Vittaverse’s own pages say about the minimum to fund an account

The account tier itself sets a floor before any of that comes into play. The Standard account’s overview table on the accounts page gives the initial deposit as $1. The same funnel’s hero banner, on a separate account page, tells a visitor to “Start for only $15.” Those are two different numbers for the same account type published by the same site, and there is nothing on the fetched pages that reconciles them; a prospective client reading the hero copy and the table in sequence cannot tell which figure actually gates account opening. ECN Pro is listed at a $100 minimum deposit and VIP at $12,000, both on the accounts page, without the same internal conflict.

What is missing from the pages we could reach

The Legal Documents listing names eleven policies, including a Client Services Agreement, a Complaints Handling Policy and a Rollover Policy, any of which could plausibly set out withdrawal processing windows, verification requirements or a right to hold funds. Repeated attempts to fetch the actual documents at their listed URLs returned near-empty bodies of 0 to 160 bytes each time. That means the contract terms that would normally govern how a withdrawal request is processed, what can delay it, or what documentation a client must supply first, could not be read from the broker’s own site. What we can report is confined to the numbers on the fee and account pages; we did not read a withdrawal-processing clause because none was retrievable.

The Client Services Agreement’s complaint-handling terms, reported in the earlier published review, set acknowledgment within 7 business days and resolution targets of 30 to 60 days. That figure describes complaints generally, not withdrawal disputes specifically, and it reached us secondhand rather than from a document we read ourselves, so it is restated here rather than quoted.

Where the bonus terms interact with withdrawals

The Standard account’s notes state that “All bonuses apply exclusively to Standard accounts,” meaning ECN Pro and VIP holders sit outside the advertised welcome and recovery promotions entirely. The earlier published review reported the Welcome Bonus as a 40% credit up to $2,000 that is non-withdrawable and valid for 30 days, with a 50% Recovery Bonus carrying its own drawdown conditions and the same 30-day validity window. A non-withdrawable bonus credit sitting alongside a genuinely fee-free crypto and card funding rail is a combination worth flagging on its own terms: the cost of the free processing shows up in what a client can actually pull back out, not in what the broker charges to move money.

Currency and rail mix

Of the five funding methods on the fee page, three are crypto (Tether across three network standards, Bitcoin, Ethereum), one is a generic “Local Payment” bucket without a named provider, and one is card-based in USD only. No bank wire option appears among the methods listed on that page, and no currency other than USD is named for the card rail.

Score context

The fees criterion in this review scores 9 out of 10, up from a prior overall score of 4.1 that has since moved to 5.9. The zero-fee listing across every funding method on the fee page, together with the low deposit floor across the account tiers, is the evidence in front of us that supports a high fees score; the score itself is fixed by the scoring process and is restated here rather than argued with. The regulation criterion, separately, sits at 3.5, and nothing in the deposit and withdrawal mechanics changes that: the funding rails are unusually cheap on paper, and the paperwork that would explain what happens when a withdrawal is delayed, disputed or held could not be retrieved from the firm’s own site.

Customer Support

Vittaverse’s contact page lists three ways to reach the firm: a live chat widget described as available 24/7, an email address (support@vittaverse.com), and a phone line, 888-939-8988, with a separate option to schedule a call back rather than wait on the line. The same page says nothing about target response times for email or phone, so the only speed commitment in the evidence is the 24/7 framing given to live chat.

Which Vittaverse is on the other end

The contact page gives a support office at IMAD Complex, 1st floor, Unit 212, Ile Du Port, Mahe, Seychelles. Vittaverse’s own account-types page gives a different address for the company itself: Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. That matches the entity the SVG FSA’s own register shows: Vittaverse Ltd, registration number 26879, a BC Business Company incorporated 2022-10-21, with registered agent Euro-Caribbean Trustees Ltd. The SVG FSA registers companies rather than licensing forex or CFD brokers, so that record confirms the corporate shell answering for the account, not a financial licence covering the trading it offers. A client calling the support number or opening live chat is talking to a Seychelles office; the entity that legally holds the account is the one registered in Kingstown.

What a complaint at Vittaverse actually gets

The earlier Vittaverse review reported that the firm’s Client Services Agreement commits to acknowledging a complaint within 7 business days, with resolution targets running 30 to 60 days. On that timetable, a client who raises a dispute can be waiting close to two months before the firm’s own target date for closing it out has even arrived, and that gap sits before any further step such as an external complaints body.

The terms behind that promise are not readable

Vittaverse’s own Legal Documents page lists eleven separate policies that bear directly on how a complaint would actually be handled: an AML/CTF Policy, a Complaints Handling Policy, a Client Services Agreement, a Conflict of Interest Policy, a Risk Disclosure Statement, a Rollover Policy, a Bonus & Promotions Policy, Cashback Terms, a Privacy Policy, a Partner Agreement and Premium Partnership Terms. We tried to fetch the text of the Terms and the Risk Disclosure Statement at several URLs on the firm’s own site and got back near-empty files, 0 to 160 bytes, on repeated attempts. That means the document that would actually set out what the Complaints Handling Policy promises beyond the acknowledgment window above, what a client can claim, and how a dispute escalates past the firm’s own desk could not be read from Vittaverse’s own site. The support channels are contactable; the contract that governs what happens once a client is unhappy is not, at least not from what we could pull.

Nothing on the mirrored warning lists

Outside Vittaverse’s own pages, the name does not appear on any of the 1,441 warning-list entries we searched, mirrored from CySEC, the FCA and FSC Mauritius. That is a narrow result: it covers three lists, not a global sweep of every regulator that might have published a warning, and a clean result there says nothing about whether the complaints process above resolves anything within the 30-to-60-day window it sets for itself. It does mean that, of the lists we checked, none carries a warning notice against this firm or a name close enough to flag as a lookalike.

Prohibited Countries

Vittaverse’s own account types page states it does not provide its service to residents of the United States or North Korea. That is the entire prohibited-countries list documented on the pages we fetched: two names, no wider geography, no tiered list by continent or by product, and no separate carve-out for the CFD leverage products the firm markets at up to 1:2000.

What Vittaverse’s account page actually excludes

The exclusion sits on the same account types page that carries the firm’s Standard, ECN Pro and VIP tiers, and it names two jurisdictions: the United States and North Korea. Nothing on that page or elsewhere in the pages we fetched narrows or expands that list, sets an age floor, or ties eligibility to the account tier a client is opening. A reader working only from what Vittaverse itself publishes has these two countries and nothing else to go on.

What we could not check

Vittaverse’s Legal Documents page lists eleven policies that would normally be the place a fuller eligibility or prohibited-jurisdiction list lives, among them an AML/CTF Policy, a Risk Disclosure Statement and a Client Services Agreement. We tried to fetch the actual text of those documents at several URLs and got back near-empty bodies, between 0 and 160 bytes, on repeated attempts. So whatever those documents say about restricted countries, sanctioned persons, or jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction eligibility could not be read from the firm’s own site, and this section cannot report content we were not able to retrieve.

The registration behind the restriction, and what it does and does not tell a reader

Vittaverse Ltd is registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, confirmed in the SVG FSA’s entity name search under registration number 26879, a BC-Business Company, status Active, incorporated 2022-10-21, with EURO-CARIBBEAN TRUSTEES LTD as registered agent. The SVG FSA registers companies; it does not license forex or CFD brokers, so this record confirms the company exists and where it is incorporated, not that any regulator has approved its brokerage business or set the terms of who it may onboard. Separately, the Mwali International Services Authority (Comoros) register lists Vittaverse Ltd as an authorised brokerage company under licence BFX2024072, issued 05/04/2024, status Active, with the licence number matching the register’s own entry. We could not find a matching entity on the Seychelles FSA register when searching for “Vittaverse” against its 648 listed entries, and we could not find one on the FSC Mauritius Online Public Register either, even though the firm’s own site names both Seychelles and FSC Mauritius as regulatory entities it operates under. None of the three registers we checked, confirmed or not, publishes a country-eligibility list of its own; the exclusion the firm applies to US and North Korean residents is the firm’s stated policy, not a condition attached to any of these registrations.

Our warning-list search covered 1441 entries mirrored from the CySEC, FCA and FSC Mauritius blacklists, run with a positive control against a known-listed firm on each of four registers first so an empty result means absence rather than a broken search. Vittaverse does not appear on any of the 1441 entries. That result speaks to whether the firm has been flagged by those three regulators, not to which countries it will or will not accept clients from, so it belongs alongside the US/North Korea exclusion as context rather than as a further restriction.

Conclusion

Vittaverse scores 5.9 out of 10 in this review, up from the 4.1 out of 10 we gave it previously. The move is our assessment on this pass, not a change in the firm: this review rests on public registers we checked directly and on fee and platform pages we fetched, where the earlier review leaned more on unverified claims. The regulation score stays the weak point of the file; the fees score is the strongest, and it is what pulls the overall figure up. We set the overall at 5.9, below the 6.3 average of its five criteria, because a firm that advertises licences the registers do not show should not carry an OK-ISH rating.

Why the regulation score stays low

We searched the Seychelles FSA register directly and found no entity or trade name matching Vittaverse among its 648 entries, so the SD200 licence the firm’s marketing has referenced is not on that register. We searched the FSC Mauritius Online Public Register and found no licensee named Vittaverse there either, even though a “Trusted & Regulated” badge on the firm’s own markets page names FSC Mauritius as one of its regulatory entities. The one licence we could confirm is with the Mwali International Services Authority in Comoros: the MISA register lists Vittaverse Ltd under licence BFX2024072, issued 05/04/2024, status Active, and the number matches the register’s own record. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines confirms the company itself, registration number 26879, incorporated 2022-10-21, registered agent Euro-Caribbean Trustees Ltd, but the SVG FSA registers companies rather than licensing forex or CFD brokers, so that entry confirms Vittaverse Ltd exists, not that its CFD business is supervised. The verifiable regulatory coverage comes down to one Comoros licence. On the positive side, we searched 1,441 warning-list entries mirrored from CYSEC, the FCA and FSC Mauritius, and Vittaverse appears on none of them; that count covers only the lists we mirror, not every regulator, but it is a clean result the earlier review did not have.

What Vittaverse charges

The fee material we read is where this review moved most. The firm’s fee page lists Tether, Bitcoin, Ethereum, local payment methods and card payments all at a $0 fee, described as an ongoing promotion covering deposit and withdrawal processing costs. The account overview table gives spreads from 0.5 pips on the Standard account, 0.1 pips on ECN Pro, and 0 pips on VIP, with commission at $0 on Standard and VIP and from $4 per lot on ECN Pro. Minimum deposits run from $1 on Standard up to $12,000 on VIP. Set against that, the Standard account page itself is inconsistent: the account overview table gives the minimum deposit as $1, while the marketing hero on the same funnel says “Start for only $15.” That is not a fee the firm hides, it is a page that does not agree with itself, and a reader cannot tell from it which figure actually applies at signup.

Platforms and support

Vittaverse offers MetaTrader 5 and cTrader, both with mobile apps and web trading, MT5 adding a multi-threaded Strategy Tester and cTrader adding cBot automation and copy trading through cTrader Automate and cTrader Copy. Support runs 24/7 live chat through the website, plus email, a phone line, and a call-back scheduling option, which is where the support score comes from.

Terms worth reading before funding an account

Two things in the contract material matter more than the platform list. First, the swap-free option on Vittaverse’s account types page is not enabled automatically; a client who needs it has to request activation after opening the account, or they are charged swaps by default. Second, the Legal Documents page lists eleven policies, including the Client Services Agreement and Risk Disclosure Statement, but repeated attempts to fetch the actual documents returned near-empty pages on every try, so the terms that would govern a client’s account, including liability and complaint-handling detail beyond what our earlier review reported, could not be verified from the firm’s own site.

Vittaverse holds one confirmed offshore licence, from Comoros’ Mwali authority, has no confirmed licence with Seychelles or Mauritius despite claiming both, and is clear of the 1,441 warning-list entries checked; on the strength of $0-fee funding and tight advertised spreads against that thin regulatory file, TrueBroker scores it 5.9 out of 10.
