NO LONGER OPERATING
The graveyard.
TrueBroker is a free broker safety checker, and this is its register of brokers that ceased operating: not scams, not warnings, simply gone, with parked domains and register entries removed. If you searched a broker and ended up here, your money questions have a different answer than a review can give.
Which brokers have shut down?
14 brokers on record as no longer operating. Each entry says what we verified and what to do about a stuck balance.
AccentForex (Butenix Capital Ltd) SHUT DOWN · DORMANT BY 2026
AccentForex has stopped operating in public. Its website has been reduced to a single page saying the platform is undergoing scheduled updates and that some features may be temporarily unavailable, with only a home page, a contact page and a client login left. It publishes no accounts, prices, payment methods or terms any more, and the public contact address it shows is a Gmail account. The company it now names is Butenix Capital Ltd, registered in Seychelles under company number 072342, with no regulator given for it. The Vanuatu licence, number 17926, that the firm was known for is not among the 66 licensees on the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission's current list of financial dealers. Checked on 23 September 2026.
If you still hold a balance, log in to the client area at my.accentforex.com and request a withdrawal, and also write to the firm's financial desk at fin@accentforexmail.com, keeping a copy of every request. Its technical support address is support@accentforexmail.com. There is no regulator currently named for Butenix Capital Ltd; if your account was opened under the earlier Vanuatu licence, the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission is the authority to contact. Keep your statements and be wary of anyone offering to recover money for a fee.
Alvexo SHUT DOWN · BY 2026
Alvexo's website is gone and its European licence has ended. alvexo.com is still registered until January 2027, but the Amazon nameservers it points to refuse to answer for it, so the address resolves to nothing and no page loads. VPR Safe Financial Group Ltd, the Cypriot company that ran Alvexo under CySEC licence 236/14, no longer appears among the 247 Cypriot investment firms CySEC lists as authorised, while the neighbouring licences 235/14 and 237/14 are still there. The brand's offshore arm is in a different position: the Seychelles FSA still lists HSN Capital Group Ltd as a securities dealer, giving alvexo.com as its website and info.hn@alvexo.com as its email, both on the domain that no longer works. Checked on 23 September 2026.
If your account was with the Cypriot company, write to CySEC and ask about the Investor Compensation Fund, which covers clients of Cypriot investment firms. If it was with HSN Capital Group in Seychelles, that company is still on the Seychelles FSA register, so the FSA is the regulator to complain to. Keep your statements and every withdrawal request you sent.
Arum Capital (ArumPro Capital Ltd) SHUT DOWN · BY 2026
Arum Capital's website no longer exists and its licence is gone from the register. arumcapital.eu is still registered and still has nameservers, but they hold no address for it, so nothing loads at the domain or at its www address. ArumPro Capital Ltd, which ran the brand under CySEC licence 323/17, no longer appears among the 247 Cypriot investment firms CySEC lists as authorised; the neighbouring licences 322/17 and 324/17 are still listed. Checked on 23 September 2026.
Write to CySEC about the Investor Compensation Fund, which covers clients of Cypriot investment firms, and quote licence 323/17. Keep your statements and every withdrawal request you sent.
Ayers Alliance Financial Group Ltd SHUT DOWN · WINDING DOWN AS AT 2026
The firm has applied to hand back its licence. CySEC still lists Ayers Alliance Financial Group Ltd at licence 230/14, but the entry carries the note "Under examination for voluntary renunciation of the authorisation" — the firm asked to surrender its authorisation and the regulator has not finished processing it. Its only website, aafg.co, is effectively offline: the TLS certificate has expired so no browser will open it, and behind the certificate the server returns a placeholder page containing nothing but the domain name. The address CySEC holds for the firm, info@aafg.co, sits on that same dead domain.
The authorisation has not been withdrawn yet, so the firm still exists as a licensed entity and you should contact it in writing first. If you get no answer, CySEC is the regulator to approach, and the Investor Compensation Fund is the scheme that covers clients of a Cypriot investment firm. Keep account statements and every withdrawal request you sent.
BDSwiss SHUT DOWN · DORMANT SINCE MID 2025
BDSwiss has stopped operating in public, although its offshore licences are still on the registers. Its website is gone: bdswiss.com, www.bdswiss.com and global.bdswiss.com all send visitors straight to a client login page, with no information about the firm, its accounts or its fees. New clients cannot sign up: the account opening form on that portal says registration is unavailable because of technical issues, and its list of countries is empty. The brand's official Telegram channel posted its last market update on 10 June 2025, and in April 2026 Telegram itself noted that the channel's owner had been inactive for 17 months. BDSwiss gave up its Cypriot licence when it stopped serving EU clients in 2024. Two offshore companies are still listed: the Mauritius FSC shows BDSwiss Markets (Mauritius) Ltd as an investment dealer licensed since 1 December 2016, and the Seychelles FSA shows BDSwiss (Seychelles) Ltd under the trade name BDSWISS. Checked on 23 September 2026.
If you still hold a balance, log in to the client portal and request a withdrawal in writing, and keep a copy of every request. If you get no answer, complain to the regulator of the company your account sits with: the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius for BDSwiss Markets (Mauritius) Ltd, or the Financial Services Authority in Seychelles for BDSwiss (Seychelles) Ltd. Your account agreement names which one it is. Keep your statements and every message you exchange with the firm.
Brokereo SHUT DOWN · BY 2026
Brokereo's website has been taken down and its licence is gone from the register. brokereo.com is still registered, but the server it points to now returns only a hosting error saying the page cannot be displayed. The CySEC licence Brokereo traded under, 189/13, no longer appears among the 247 Cypriot investment firms CySEC lists as authorised; the neighbouring licences 190/13 and 191/13 are still listed. Checked on 23 September 2026.
Write to CySEC about the Investor Compensation Fund, which covers clients of Cypriot investment firms, and quote licence 189/13. Keep your statements and every withdrawal request you sent.
Capital Panda SHUT DOWN · WINDING DOWN AS AT 2026
Every website behind this brand is gone and the licensed entity is giving up its authorisation. CySEC lists BCM Begin Capital Markets CY Ltd at licence 274/15 with the note "Under examination for voluntary renunciation of the authorisation". Of the three domains, profitlevel.com no longer resolves at all, begincapitalmarkets.com redirects to a www address that does not resolve, and capitalpanda.com still answers at its apex but points www at an Azure CDN endpoint that has been decommissioned — DNS describing a site with no origin left behind it.
The authorisation has not been withdrawn yet, so write to the firm first at the contact CySEC holds on the register. If that fails, CySEC is the regulator to approach, and the Investor Compensation Fund covers clients of a Cypriot investment firm. Keep account statements and every withdrawal request you sent.
FinQ (Dilna Investments Ltd) SHUT DOWN · BY 2025
FinQ's website no longer works and the company behind it is not on the register it claimed. finq.com still points at a content delivery network, but that network no longer holds a security certificate for the address, so no browser can open it securely, and a plain connection returns only a "service unavailable" error; the www address no longer exists at all. FinQ was run by Dilna Investments Ltd and described itself as regulated in Seychelles, but no entity or trade name matching Dilna Investments Ltd or FinQ appears among the 648 entries on the Seychelles Financial Services Authority's register. The newest review of FinQ on Trustpilot was posted in May 2025. Checked on 23 September 2026.
If you still hold a balance, write to Dilna Investments Ltd at any contact address you have for the firm and keep a copy of every request. Because the company is not on the Seychelles register, there may be no regulator able to act for you; if you paid by card or bank transfer, ask your bank or card issuer about a chargeback or recall, and report the loss to the police or your national fraud reporting service. Be wary of anyone offering to recover the money for a fee: recovery offers are a common second scam aimed at people who have already lost money.
LQDFX (LQD LLC) SHUT DOWN · BY 2026
LQDFX's website is gone and the firm never held a licence. lqdfx.com still resolves, but the server behind it no longer exists: both the address and its www form return Cloudflare's error 530, which means Cloudflare cannot find the site it is meant to serve. LQDFX was run by LQD LLC and was never authorised by any financial regulator. Checked on 23 September 2026.
There is no regulator and no compensation scheme behind LQDFX. If you still hold a balance, request it in writing to any contact address you have for LQD LLC and keep a copy. If you paid by card or bank transfer, ask your bank or card issuer about a chargeback or recall, and report the loss to the police or your national fraud reporting service. Be wary of anyone offering to recover the money for a fee: recovery offers are a common second scam aimed at people who have already lost money.
Markets.com SHUT DOWN · RETAIL BUSINESS AND BRAND CLOSED, NOTICE PUBLISHED BY 2026
The brand has been retired. Markets.com now serves a notice from Finalto Financial Services Limited (FFS) saying it "is no longer offering services to retail clients and does no longer offer services under the brand Markets.com", which it calls a strategic shift in its business. The firm itself has not collapsed: the FCA register still shows Finalto Financial Services Limited, reference 481853, as Authorised, effective 8 September 2008, company number 06557752. What has ended is the retail business and the Markets.com name. Our own fetches of markets.com and www.markets.com from ten countries returned nothing at all on 19 September 2026, and the site now answers only on its UK support page. That page also warns of clone firms presenting themselves as Finalto Financial Services or markets.com, so anyone searching for this brand should be careful about who answers.
If you hold an unclaimed balance, the firm asks you to contact it directly to submit a withdrawal: support@markets.com, marketsuk@finalto.com or compliance@finalto.com, or by phone on +44 2080979794. Finalto Financial Services Limited is still FCA authorised, so if it does not answer you can complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service, and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme would cover eligible claims only if the firm later fails. Check who you are dealing with on the FCA register before sending money or documents anywhere, because the firm warns that clones are using this brand name. Keep your statements and every withdrawal request.
ROinvesting SHUT DOWN · BY 2026
The domain is parked for sale, and the register entries behind the brand are gone: both the FCA record and the CySEC record have been removed. The brokerage is no longer operating.
If you still hold a balance, write to the regulator that licensed the entity your account sat with and ask about its investor compensation scheme; for a CySEC firm that is the ICF. Keep statements and every withdrawal request as evidence.
SuperForex SHUT DOWN · BY 2026
SuperForex's websites are gone and its claimed licence cannot be found. superforex.com is still registered until January 2027, but the .com registry itself answers that the name does not exist, so no page loads anywhere. superforex.pro, the other address the brand used, now serves only a parking page. SuperForex described itself as regulated by the International Financial Services Commission of Belize, but no licensee called SuperForex or Super Forex Investment appears among the 120 licence records on the Belize Financial Services Commission's public register, which also lists cancelled licences; a licence that ended before the register was built may not show. The newest review of the firm on Trustpilot was posted in June 2025. Checked on 23 September 2026.
If you still hold a balance, write to the company that your account agreement names and keep a copy. The Financial Services Commission of Belize is the regulator to contact about a firm that claimed a Belize licence. Keep your statements and every withdrawal request you sent, and be wary of anyone offering to recover the money for a fee: recovery offers are a common second scam aimed at people who have already lost money.
Trade360 (Crowd Tech Ltd) SHUT DOWN · WINDING DOWN AS AT 2026
The only website behind this brand has gone dark while the licensed entity hands back its authorisation. trade360.com still resolves, but it serves nothing: an empty response from ten countries through our proxy, a connection reset from our own network and a timeout from our Raspberry Pi, over both HTTPS and plain HTTP, checked on 11 and 12 September 2026. CySEC lists Crowd Tech Ltd at licence 202/13 with the note "Under examination for voluntary renunciation of the authorisation", and www.trade360.com is the one domain that licence approves. The FCA separately shows CROWD TECH LTD, reference 622532, as no longer authorised since 30 May 2023.
The CySEC authorisation has not been withdrawn yet, so write to the firm first at the contact CySEC holds on the register, compliance@crowdtech.global. If that fails, CySEC is the regulator to approach, and the Investor Compensation Fund covers clients of a Cypriot investment firm. Keep account statements and every withdrawal request you sent.
USGFX (Union Standard International Group) SHUT DOWN · IN EXTERNAL ADMINISTRATION BY 2026
USGFX has gone and its Australian company is in external administration. ASIC's company register lists Union Standard International Group Pty Ltd, ACN 117 658 349, the company behind the brand, as under external administration in its snapshot of 21 September 2026. The brand's own address, usgfx.com, now forwards visitors to the website of EワラントFX合同会社 (Ewarrant FX), a different Japanese company. Before it went, USGFX had lost its licences in Australia, the United Kingdom and Vanuatu. Checked on 23 September 2026.
If you were a client of the Australian company, your claim now sits with the external administrator appointed to Union Standard International Group Pty Ltd. ASIC's published notices name the administrator and explain how to lodge a claim. Keep your statements and every withdrawal request you sent. Do not send money to anyone who contacts you offering to recover it: the administrator never charges clients an upfront fee.
How does a broker end up here?
The review pipeline sweeps the regulator registers and the brokers’ own domains continuously. When a domain goes dark or gets parked for sale and the register entries behind the brand disappear, the finding is verified by hand before the broker is declared dead. An entry is never deleted: being gone is the one status a broker cannot recover from quietly, and a parked domain that comes back to life under new owners is a red flag, not a resurrection.
What if your money is stuck at a dead broker?
Move in this order: gather your statements and every withdrawal request, write to the regulator that licensed the entity your account sat with, and ask specifically about its investor compensation scheme; the money protection tool says which scheme that is and what it pays. Do not pay anyone who contacts you offering to recover the funds for a fee; recovery scams farm exactly this situation. The check a broker guides list each regulator’s contact points, and the red notice page explains how to report what happened.
THE SHORT VERSION
Dead brokers do not announce themselves, so this register does it for them: verified shutdowns, the domains they ran on, and the steps for a stuck balance, updated automatically. The scam checker in the app answers these entries by name and by domain.
