How is a payout claim verified?
Every finding above is lifted from the firm’s published review, where the receipt lives. AUDITED means the figure appears in filed, audited accounts. VERIFIED AT SOURCE means we read it on the primary document and it survived checking. SELF REPORTED means the firm publishes the number with nothing behind it, and the label says so. Each finding carries the date it was read; when a firm changes its terms, the review changes and this page follows.
How do trader reports work?
Traders report payout outcomes in the TrueBroker app: paid, delayed or denied, with days to pay and the amount as a band, never a precise figure, because exact amounts identify accounts. Reports are moderated, and a firm’s payout score is withheld until at least five reports exist, so no firm gets a confident number built on two anecdotes. The counts above update as reports arrive.
