ON A UAE REGISTER · RANKED BY TRUST SCORE
Best forex brokers in the UAE.
TrueBroker is a free broker safety checker, and this page is its ranking of forex and CFD brokers with a company on a United Arab Emirates register. Every broker below was found on the register of the DFSA, the ADGM or the Capital Market Authority, with the legal name the register returns, and the order is trust score alone. Nobody pays to be on it.
On 15 October 2026, TrueBroker holds 36 brokers whose licence it found on a UAE regulator's register; Capital.com, IG and Pepperstone share the highest trust score at 7.9 out of 10, the lowest on the list is 4.0, and no position is paid for.

Which UAE regulator covers your broker?
There are three, and which one applies depends on where the company is incorporated, not on where you live.
- The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) regulates firms inside the Dubai International Financial Centre. Its public register gives each firm a reference such as F001780, and where a broker on this page quoted one, it matched.
- The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) publishes a register with a Financial Services Permission number, and the numbers quoted by AvaTrade, NAGA, eToro and ICM Capital matched.
- The Capital Market Authority (CMA) covers companies in the rest of the country. Brokers’ own footers describe it as formerly the Securities and Commodities Authority, and many still write SCA.
Is every UAE licence a licence to hold your account?
No, and this is the finding that matters most on this page. Several brokers describe their own UAE licence as Category 5, which covers introducing and promoting financial services: on our record Blueberry Markets, STARTRADER, Infinox, ATFX, VT Markets and ICM Capital’s second company all say so. Lirunex‘s site calls its licence “Financial Consultation and Introduction of Financial Services only” and states that the company “does not provide investment advice, execute transactions on behalf of clients, or manage client funds or assets.” A company licensed to introduce you is not the company that takes the other side of your trade. Where a card above carries that note, ask which entity opens the account, and where it is regulated.
Two limits on what we can tell you. The category is the firm’s own description, because the register confirms the company and not the licence type. And an entry with no note is not a statement that the licence is a dealing licence, only that our review recorded no category.
Does the register show the licence number the broker quotes?
At the DFSA and the ADGM, yes. At the Capital Market Authority, no: its register of licensed companies publishes a CP code, for example CP-0001283 for XTB Financial Services L.L.C, in place of the long licence number brokers print in their footers. So for every CMA entry above the company is confirmed and the quoted number is not. The register also names a website for most companies, and it is sometimes a different domain from the one the brand advertises, as with Moneta Markets, CFI, Blueberry Markets, STARTRADER, ATFX and DB Investing. Use the domain the register lists.
Which company will you actually deal with?
A UAE licence in the group does not mean a UAE resident is given the UAE company. In our XM review, a UAE connection was served the Belize company on every page we fetched, while the DFSA company is licensed for futures only and the second UAE company holds a promotion licence. M4Markets‘ DFSA company serves clients in the Dubai International Financial Centre only, and visitors not routed to it deal with a Seychelles entity. In our Fxview review the UAE company is licensed for introduction, and the entity found serving UAE visitors is licensed in Anjouan. Read the company name on the account agreement you are given.
What happens to your money if a UAE broker fails?
We do not know yet, and we would sooner say so than guess. The money protection tool maps each regulator to what its compensation scheme pays, read at the official source, and it does not yet cover the three UAE regulators. Ask the broker in writing which scheme, if any, covers your account and which company the answer applies to.
Is a trading app in the UAE safe to use?
A trading app is the front end of a broker, so the question is the same one: which licensed company is behind it. An app that names no company anywhere fails the first check, and an app that names one can be checked the way every entry above was. Paste the app’s name or its website into the legit check, which reads the board, the regulator warning lists, clone detection and the domain’s age before you install anything.
How is this ranking made?
The order is the live output of our scoring method: five criteria, verified at source, recomputed daily, with nothing paid. Being on this list means one thing only, that we found the licence on the register. The score beside each name is the judgement, and the review behind it holds the receipts. The global ranking is on best CFD brokers, and the full catalogue is on the board.
Fair questions
What is the best forex broker in the UAE?
TrueBroker does not name one by opinion. It ranks the brokers whose UAE licence it found on a regulator's own register by trust score, re-ranked daily, and the list at the top of this page is the answer on the day you read it. Nobody pays for a place on it.
Who regulates forex brokers in the UAE?
Three regulators, depending on where the company sits. The Dubai Financial Services Authority covers firms in the Dubai International Financial Centre, the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority covers Abu Dhabi Global Market, and the Capital Market Authority, which brokers' own footers describe as formerly the Securities and Commodities Authority, covers the rest of the country.
Is every UAE licence a licence to hold a trading account?
No. Several brokers on our record describe their own UAE licence as Category 5, which covers introduction and promotion. Lirunex's site says its UAE company does not execute transactions or manage client funds. In those cases the account is opened with a different company, often offshore.
Can I verify a UAE licence number on the register?
On the DFSA and ADGM registers, yes: the reference a broker quotes matches the register's own. The Capital Market Authority register publishes a CP code instead of the licence number brokers quote, so it confirms the company and not the number.
Is XM regulated in the UAE?
Two XM companies are on UAE registers: Trading Point MENA Limited at the DFSA, licensed for futures only, and XM Financial Products Promotion L.L.C at the Capital Market Authority, a promotion licence. In our sweep a UAE connection was served XM's Belize company on every page we fetched.
Does a UAE licence come with a compensation scheme?
TrueBroker's money protection table does not yet cover the three UAE regulators, so we make no claim either way. Ask the broker in writing which scheme, if any, covers your account, and which company the answer applies to.
THE SHORT VERSION
Every broker on this page has a company we found on a UAE register, ranked by a trust score nobody can buy. Three regulators share the country, the Capital Market Authority register confirms companies but not the numbers brokers quote, and several of those licences cover introduction and promotion only. Find out which company opens your account before you fund it, and run any name through the legit check.
